Upon receipt of your request, we verify its availability. Subsequently, we issue an invoice to you. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Should there be no availability, you will be promptly notified via text message.

As long as you provide us with the flight number, we will monitor it for delays and adjust the pickup time accordingly. We also recommend that you notify us promptly if your flight is delayed or canceled.

Upon reserving a service, we are unable to accept additional bookings for the same time and date. Furthermore, in the past, we have encountered instances where customers cancel their bookings at the last minute after the driver has arrived at the location. This often occurs when customers book multiple services or have a family member drive them. Despite these cancellations, our drivers will still receive payment for the ride, as we had to cover the costs out of pocket in the past.By making an upfront payment, it ensures that your time slot is secured and compensates drivers for their planning and service, contributing to overall efficiency and reliability in our operations.

Yes. our drivers are available day and night. You can book a ride any time, including early flights and late-night events.

We provide pickup and drop off car services at Charleston International Airport, Charleston Executive Airport, and Mt. Pleasant Regional Airport.

Absolutely. We offer transportation to Angel Oak, the Tea Plantation, Firefly Distillery, Deep Water Vineyard, and other Charleston attractions.

The driver will wait for you at the charters & limo pick-up area, left of the last sidewalk towards the garage. You’ll receive all the details and vehicle picture via text message.
